To use the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth or email authentication. You are responsible for:

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using credits, please contact support for assistance. Refunds for credit purchases are handled through Lemon Squeezy's refund policy.
Users may have a maximum of 5 active drafts (combined total of invoices and quotations) at any time. Once a document is generated (PDF created), it no longer counts toward the draft limit.
Generated documents are retained according to the following schedule:
After the retention period, PDF files are automatically deleted from storage. Database records are preserved, but PDF downloads will no longer be available.
To ensure system stability, document generation is rate-limited:
Rate-limited requests do not consume credits. These limits are technical safeguards and may reset automatically.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create using the Service, including invoices, quotations, and business information. By using the Service, you grant Quoteinvoice a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of third parties. Quoteinvoice reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
You agree not to use the Service:
Quoteinvoice strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Quoteinvoice and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Quoteinvoice does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUOTINVOICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or deleting your account through the Service. Quoteinvoice reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Quoteinvoice reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quoteinvoice operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
